A brilliant queen sacrifice to win the game...

Here is a 3+0 blitz game I played on Lichess against JeDuiD who was rated 1916 at the time.

General Comments

I traded off my knight pair for my opponent's bishop pair, but this was a big mistake because my light square bishop on b7 was a classical "bad" bishop for the entire game, locked in by my own pawns.

I was better in the early middle game, but I made so many blunders defending when my opponent had two knights and a queen in front of my king.

Key Moments

In this game, my opponent missed three key tactics that would've won the game on the spot.

31. Nf6+

Instead of Rc1, Nf6+ leads to a winning position for white.

 31. Nf6+ Kh8 32. Ng5 (two hanging knights!) gxf6...

34. Qxg6+

A brilliant queen sacrifice leads to a forced mate in 4 with the rook and two knights.

35. Nxe6+

A small tactic that punishes my blunder 34. ... Bc6 , winning my rook.

This is also my first ever time annotating a chess game, so feel free to comment below what you liked or what you think I could do better next time!
